FRESELLE DEL VESUVIO ALIMENTA 2000 GLUTEN FREE

Fresella, Frisella, Frisa or Acquasale, many names but one unique and inimitable taste.
It is a doughnut-shaped bread, cut in half horizontally and baked again in the oven.

Tradition wants them to be seasoned with tomatoes "a filo," olive oil, salt and oregano; in Naples, fresella is the base of caponata, in Crete, as throughout Greece, it is prepared with onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, olives, basil and capers.

They are rich in: protein, starch, vitamins, B-group and dietary fiber, and are recommended in everyday nutrition, including in early childhood.

The crunchy base that can't be missed at the table. Perfect for fresh condiments but also to accompany hot soups !

Ingredients:

Gluten-free preparation (potato starch, corn starch, tapioca starch, sugar, guar, xanthan), water, yeast, salt.
May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, soy.
