Bread and pizza mix specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Product intended for professional users.
Ingredients
Corn starch, vegetable fiber (psyllium, inulin), fructose; thickeners; guar, E464; corn malt, enzymes.
Free gluten and naturally free of lactose.
Mode of use.
Ingredients:
Jolly 1,000 g, water 900 g, olive oil 40 g, brewer's yeast 40 g, salt 20 g.
Pour room-temperature water, crumbled brewer's yeast, Jolly and salt.Knead with leaf tool for 5 minutes at low speed, add olive oil as soon as dough has incorporated water. Let dough rest for 10 minutes, dust table with rice flour and form loaves of about 230 g.Place loaves on baking sheet, cover with foil and let rise at room temperature for about 60 minutes. To obtain a crisp, golden crust, brush the surface with water and oil (the latter in a small amount). Make cross cuts in the surface and bake in a static oven, preheated to 230°C for 25 minutes.
